Hello everyone! This is my entry for the Artstation The Legend of King Arthur, Game Environment/Level Art challenge. I had a lot of fun (and also stress) while doing this challenge. This is my first fully fledged environment. At first I was going to base it on a concept art but I decided to give it a try and make it based on my own ideas. I chose a stylized style because I wanted to challenge myself and test my habilities in color and lightning. I spent most of my time trying to get these two aspects right and getting the right composition for a fantasy look. Also it was important to get some great main pieces for the environment, such as the stone faces and Excalibur. This was also my first time using FX in Unreal, so I tried to do some basic ones. The amaizng water and the waterfall are not mine, but I figured they would give a great feel to the overall look. All in all, I learned a lot during this challenge and it was super fun.
